Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Brittney Flora Company, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE.

No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including product details, descriptions, colours, sizes, quantities and any applicable product information.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour or variation

  • Personal preference

  • Deciding that an item is not suitable after purchase

  • Differences in colour or appearance due to screen settings

  • Normal variations in product texture, shape or appearance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper use, misuse or handling

  • Products that have been opened, used, altered or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we want to make sure you receive what you ordered and that your purchase arrives in acceptable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs and/or video of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a replacement is approved due to an error on our part or a verified product issue, Brittney Flora Company will determine the appropriate shipping resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Because our products may include toys, sensory products, novelty items, personal-use products, collectibles and other merchandise, please make sure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.

This policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights, warranties, remedies or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or provincial law.
